Eagles head coach John Mitchell has chopped and changed his starting line-up ahead of tomorrow's clash with Georgia.

The Georgians have also named their starters for the match.

The Dallas Griffins have made a big statement by hiring Mike Ford as their head coach.

The NOLA Gold also hired a coach in the form of former Eagles assistant Nate Osborne.

Cal claimed their fifth straight CRC in convincing fashion with a win over Life. Here is how things shook out on day one.

The Austin Huns scored a late try to beat NYAC in a spirited DI final.  If you missed the match you can catch up with our running commentary.

At the men's DII level the St. Louis Bombers didn't have and answer for Life's Jonathan Poole as he scored a hat-trick in the victory.

In DIII the St. Louis Royals ran out to an early lead and then defended it against the Bremer County Bucks.
