Life is in the middle of their Elite Training Schedule and has already played the Eagles reserves and the Ontario Blues. After a few weeks off from weekend play the team is getting back at it with a match against the U.S.A. South All-Stars this Saturday. From an outside perspective it's a very attractive match for fans. The Running Eagles have some of the best players in the country while the South All-Stars thrilled the country with their NACRA title earlier in the year. Where there was some overlap between the two sides during the South's NACRA run, by and large the Panthers side was made up of players non from Life. Whether all those players will be available this weekend is another question. Still, this is exactly the type of match we need more of in this country. The South is a region that could use more competitive games for its elite players and that is exactly what this is doing.
