Opening Kick

Opening Kick is a segment devoted to bringing you all Eagles and USA rugby related news in one location.

Eagles/7's:

No word yet on which club Todd Clever will play for next, but we do know that he is going to be playing in the Hong Kong 10's next week with an All-Star team.

Maka Unufe is one of the Eagles traveling to Asia this week. He gives an update from camp.

A player that looked to be back in contention only to hurt himself is Blaine Scully who could be out for a year with a torn achilles. Head coach Alex Maglebly feels bad for a player that works so hard.

Women:

7's head coach Ric Suggitt has turned the intensity up a notch as his team gets ready for Hong Kong. (Membership required)
