Eagles Roster Selected For ARC

Shaun Davies will get his chance at the ARC.

Eagles head coach Mike Tolkin has selected his roster for the upcoming Americas Rugby Championship. With only the ARC and the Eagles fall tour standing between them and a home and away World Cup qualifying series against Uruguay the ARC represents an opportunity to Tolkin to integrate new players into his team while at the same time getting his domestic Eagles playing time.

Players that have been regulars on the Eagles heading to the tournament include Derek Asbun, Cam Dolan, Graham Harriman, Shawn Pittman, Phil Thiel, Chris Wallace, Toby L'Estrange, and Adam Siddall. Tolkin has also included a number of other young players, like Joe Cowley, Tim Maupin, and Titi Lamositele.

Tolkin has also officially announced additions to his coaching staff. Seattle-OPSB coach Justin Fitzpatrick joins the staff for the ARC as an assistant coach. Former attack coach Brett Taylor also joins the team. NYAC player Neil McMillian has been brought on as a strength on conditioning coach.


The team opens play on October 11th with the Argentina Jaguars, followed by Canada on October 15th, and then finally Uruguay on October 19th.
