ARC Squad Named
Men's 15's head coach Kieran Crowley has named his team for the upcoming Americas Rugby Championship. Like most ARC squads the team features a number of younger players but also features a few veterans, including Ray Barkwill and Adam Kleeburger. A few overseas players have also made the team like Jack Fitzpatrick, who played for the U-20 team and is a member of Trinity in Ireland. In addition to Barkwill. Canada will open up the tournament with Uruguay on October 11th before playing the U.S. on October 15th, and Argentina on the 19th. Last year Canada finished second to Argentina.

7's Squad Selected For Gold Coast
Nathan Hirayama has been named captain of the 7's team as they get ready for the first IRB Sevens Series event of the year in Gold Coast, Australia. Head coach Geraint John has elected to go with several veterans, including Nanyak Dala, Ciaran Hearn, and John Moonlight. Star Sean Duke is out after undergoing shoulder surgery. Connor Braid returns to the team full-time. Canada is in Pool C with Fiji, Wales, and Portugal.
