Former USA 7s captain Kevin Swiryn will retire at the end of the 2011-2012 Top 14 season. Swiryn has battled injuries since signing for Agen and have forced him to retire early. For more details check the RugbyMag story (membership required).
Kevin will be great doing what ever he does just as he has up to this point. Thank you Kevin for all that you have done for the game of Rugby for yourself and for all of us that have watch and joined in while you were playing.
That's unfortunate. I hope he stays involved in the game as a coach or referee. Young players can learn a lot from him.
