Legion Hire Scotland Legend Murray As Forwards Coach

The San Diego Legion have made some changes to their coaching staff. Chris Cracknell will not return as forwards coach and instead will be replaced by Scotland legend Scott Murray. The lock earned 87 caps for Scotland appearing in several World Cups and touring with the Lions in 2001. At the club level he played for Bedford and Saracens in England, Edinburgh in Scotland, and Montauban, Castres, and Stade Montois in France.

Since retiring he has been in the United States and has even been a part of the Eagles Select XV staff. He has helped out with UCLA and the Santa Monica Dolphins giving him a lot of local connections to the Southern California area.
