Toronto Wolfpack Victorious Again

Another week and another win for the Toronto Wolfpack. The club has kept first place in the Championship in England and looks ready for promotion to the Super League next year. Their latest result was a 42-10 win over Halifax. The match was played at the New River Ground in London the home of their partners London Skolars. Now Toronto will return home to essentially complete their season without traveling. They have a home match this weekend and then two neutral games left in May before eight straight matches at home to end the regular season. Toronto hold a one point lead at the top of the standings but the gap between them and the first team out of the qualifiers at the end of the season is growing.

American Ryan Burroughs is on loan at Skolars but was not involved over the weekend. Burroughs is coming off a shoulder injury. Canadian Quinn Ngawiti did start for Skolars. He is also on loan from the Wolfpack.
