VOTE: TIAR Awards--Women's Club 7s Player of the Year

All TIAR Awards are brought to you by Canterbury USA. #CommittedToTheGame

Arguably the women's club 7s field was the deepest it has ever been this last year. From top to bottom the teams in the women's field have improved as they seek to put their players on the Olympics. The U.S. women finished fifth in Rio and many players can taste a medal if they can get on the team for 2020. With that in mind there were a few players that put their hand up this year. Two of those players, Megan Sanders and Anne Peterson, came from Club 7s champions Atavus. Sanders was named the team MVP for her strong performance while Peterson was as steady as they come. Then there was Nikki Kenyon from Life West. If you ask opponents she was one of the toughest players they faced all season. Finally you have Kelsi Stockert from San Diego. There are few players as positively aggressive as she is on the pitch.
