Eagles Abroad: Weekend Preview

Eagles Abroad is brought to you by Grubber, makers of fine sporting apparel.

With the Eagles kicking off their November series this weekend against Germany it means that things will be a little bear for Americans overseas. For example, no one will be in action in the Anglo-Welsh Cup or the Guinness Pro 14 because they are either with the Eagles or have the weekend off. In the Premiership only Chis Wyles will start. AJ MacGinty, Joe Taufete', Andrew Durutalo, and Nick Civetta are all starting for the Eagles. Chris Baumann will see action though as he comes off the bench for Leicester. That's good progress for Baumann having cut his teeth in the 'A' League, then the Anglo-Welsh Cup, and now his first test of league play. Most other leagues have finished their season or have the weekend off. One of the exceptions is in the Top 14 where Samu Manoa will be in the line-up for Toulon.
