Toronto Wolfpack Cap Off Season With Win

The Toronto Wolfpack have wrapped up their inaugural season with a 26-14 win over Doncaster. With promotion sealed the week before their wasn't much to play for other than as a celebration for their fans. According to the team 9000 fans showed up to the match over the weekend that also served as a double-header with the USA Hawks vs. Canada Wolverines. Doncaster actually led 12-4 at halftime before the Wolfpack came back.

Overall, it's been in a spectacular season for the Wolfpack. Given that their payroll is bigger than every other team in their league they were expected to do well. However, they had to deal with extremely long road trips, a second home base in England, and the struggles of a new team. All of that didn't matter in the end as the Wolfpack didn't suffer many setbacks on the year.
