Eagles Abroad: Weekend Review

Eagles Abroad is brought to you by Grubber, makers of fine sporting apparel.

It was an eventful first week for Andrew Durutalo. The Eagles flanker made his debut for Ealing over the weekend and was named Man of the Match, scoring two tries and generally doing strong work at the breakdown. Highlights of his match can be found below along with comments from him. The only other capped Eagle to see action in the RFU Championship was Ronnie McLean. In the Premiership Chris Wyles played for Saracens and Joe Taufete'e came off the bench for Worcester. AJ MacGinty started for Sale, played the whole match, and kicked five conversions for Sale. Down in the Top 14 Samu Manoa played the full match for Toulon as they lost to rivals Clermont. Taku Ngwenya and Dave Ryan also saw time while David Tameilau and Eric Fry both started for their clubs in the Pro D2.
