Eagles Abroad: Weekend Preview

The season starts for Americans in the Premiership, Pro 14, and the RFU Championship this weekend. In the Premiership a number of Americans are set to be involved. Chris Wyles is on the bench for Saracens but Titi Lamositele is still out missing with a next injury. Joe Taufete'e is starting out on the right foot with Worcester as he's on the bench. Rounding out the Premiership is AJ MacGinty who starts for Sale. In the Pro 14 Greg Peterson is on the bench for Glasgow and U.S.-eligible prop Callum Black is on the bench for Ulster. Down in the RFU Championship where now a number of Americans play only Ronnie McLean and Andrew Durutalo start for their respective sides. You can expect Durutalo to be a big part of Ealing this year. In France, Samu Manoa will be involved again for Toulon while David Tamailau already started for Narbonne.

Aviva Premiership

Chris Wyles is on the bench while Titi Lamositele is injured and not in the line-up for Saracens as they play Northampton on Saturday. Lamositele is recovering from surgery.

Nick Civetta is not in the line-up for Newcastle as they play Joe Taufete'e and Worcester today. Taufete'e is on the bench.

AJ MacGinty will start for Sale as they play Wasps on Saturday.

Chris Baumann is not in the line-up for Leicester as they play Bath on Sunday.

Blaine Scully is not in the line-up for Cardiff as they play Edinburgh today.

Callum Black is on the bench for Ulster as they play the Cheetahs today.

Greg Peterson is on the bench for Glasgow as they play Connacht on Saturday.

Ronnie McLean will start for Richmond as they play Bedford on Saturday.

Thretton Palamo is not in the line-up for Bristol as they play Robbie Shaw and Hartpury on Sunday. Shaw is not in the line-up.

David Tameilau started and played 55 minutes while Siaosi Mahoni was not in the line-up for Narbonne as they lost to Dax 35-16 on Thursday.

Christian Ostberg is not in the line-up for Aurillac as they play Carcassonne today.
