Eagles Abroad: Weekend Preview

Eagles Abroad is brought to you by Grubber, makers of fine sporting apparel.

It's the end of the regular season for Americans in the top three leagues in Europe this weekend. That means a handful of Americans will see time in the Premiership. AJ MacGinty will get yet another start for Sale while Joe Taufete'e also slots in in the starting line-up for Worcester. Having those two players playing regular starting minutes is going to be huge this summer. Also starting is Chris Wyles and Titi Lamositele for Saracens. No capped Americans will play in the Pro12 this weekend. Taku Ngwenya is going to start in the Top 14 for Brive. He's turned in a nice season for the club. On the injury front, Blaine Scully and Samu Manoa continue to be out. Lastly, the season is over for players in the RFU Championship, National League One, and in most lower-divisions in Europe.
