Baker, Barrett Make Series Dream Team

The Eagles have played two players on the World Sevens Series season Dream Team. Season leading try scorer Perry Baker and Danny Barrett were both selected to the team. The selection of Baker was pretty much a foregone conclusion but the addition of Barrett is a no less deserving honor. Barrett really upped his play this year as the Eagles were looking for another veteran leader. It was his hard work, especially defensively, that opened up a lot of success for his teammates. It also shouldn't be too much of a surprise the U.S. landed two players in the top seven given their run of play in the second half of the year.

In addition to his season prize Perry Baker made the Dream Team for the London 7s. Despite his restart prowess and appearing in his 50th tournament Folau Niua misses out again. It's shocking he hasn't made a Dream Team yet.
