National Teams/MLR/ODAs:

The Rugby Paper has a nice feature on Joe Taufete'e and how he came to discover rugby.

Taufete'e and AJ MacGinty both started and scored points in their head to head match on Saturday.

The specific dates for the Rugby World cup 7s has been announced. Also the location of the Club 7s Nationals.

A couple of new names have joined the Women Eagles for the Kitakyushu 7s.

The Girl's All-American 7s will be playing at the Tropical 7s in Florida.

The teams have been named for the DI-A playoffs. St. Mary's, Life, Baylor, and Indiana get first round byes.

Utah Valley pulled off the only upset in the Varsity Cup first round. The rest of the matches were mostly blowouts.

UC-Davis and Florida State have advanced to the DI-AA Spring championship.

Mystic River's Josh Smith has been named the Club Rugby Coach of the Year.

Iowa Central advanced in the NSCRO playoffs.

The ARPTC will be holding an upcoming high performance camp.


Kelly Brown of Saracens will retire at the end of the year to take on a coaching role.
