Legacy Rugby Adding 7s Programs

Brighton, MI- Legacy Rugby Academy is excited to announce they will be offering boys and girls high school 7s rugby and a men’s U23 developmental 7s programs to compliment their existing elite men and women club 7s programs. These programs will compete throughout the Summer at various tournaments around the midwest. Tryouts will be held April 30th at the Legacy Center Brighton Campus from 9:00am-1:00pm.

Speaking about the addition of these new programs, Director of Rugby Brandon Sparks said “It is important to us that we keep adding programs for players and coaches to develop their skills. The summer can really be an important time for a player’s development and we are excited to help them achieve their goals.”

These new programs will offer rugby players across in the area a chance to train at a state of the art facility and develop their skills with world class coaches. Legacy Rugby Academy continues to be guided by the “developmental-performance” philosophy which emphasises the development of the player above anything else.

About Legacy Rugby Academy: Our goal is to provide a community for youth (U12), high school, college, and club players and their families centered around a high-performance team environment. We, the Legacy Rugby Academy staff, are focused on developing the complete rugby player, coach, administrator and referee.
