Eagles Trio Makes Singapore Dream Team, Paris Draw

A trio of Eagles have made the Dream Team at the Singapore 7s. Danny Barrett and Perry Baker make another appearance on the list while Steve Tomasin made his debut. All three are extremely deserving of the awards and there were others, like Folau Niua, that could have easily made the list. The Eagles had the most representatives on the team. Champions Canada had Justin Douglas and Nathan Hirayama on the list. Simon Kennewell from Australia and Waisea Nacuqu from Fiji rounded out the Dream Team.

Just prior to the final the draw for Paris was reveled. That tournament is May 13-14th. The Eagles are in Pool B along with New Zealand, Wales, and Argentina. They lost to New Zealand in pool play in Singapore but beat Wales. It's a group the Eagles should finish in the top two but in Argentina have a trip up match.

Pool A: Canada, South Africa, Scotland, Japan
Pool B: USA, New Zealand, Wales, Argentina
Pool C: England, Kenya, France, Spain
Pool D: Australia, Fiji, Samoa, Russia
