Eagles Abroad: Weekend Preview

Eagles Abroad is brought to you by Grubber, makers of fine sporting apparel.

The season is reaching a critical juncture in Europe. For some Americans that means their teams move closer to the playoffs. For others it means their teams try to avoid relegation. One team doing well is Saracens (as always). Titi Lamositele will get the start for the team on Easter against Northampton. Other players getting the start in the Premiership include AJ MacGinty for Sale and Joe Taufete'e for Worcester. Having these three players in particular get starters minutes this late in the season is going to be big for the Eagles in the summer. They are going to need their experience against Ireland and in World Cup qualifying. Another playing getting a start this week that should help the Eagles is Greg Peterson. Having him back to full health is big for the Eagles and Glasgow. Down in France Taku Ngwenya will start. Lastly, it's the last week of the regular season in Ireland and the Americans at Trinity are safe from relegation.
