The Lindenwood Lions have notched a solid win in the Mid-South as they beat Davenport 32-10. The match was close at halftime with the scored tied at 10 a piece but Lindenwood pulled away in the second half. Tries from Wesley White and Michael de Waal opened up a 10 point lead for Lindenwood but Davenport got one back from Mike Lau. A yellow card to Lindenwood's Nick Feakes opened things up for the Panthers and they took advantage with a Connor Schilling try. In the second half Samuel Chapman, Giovanni Falco, and Christian Rodriguez had tries along with a Lungile Tshuma penalty.

After the match Lindenwood head coach Josh Macy said: "“Emotions can sometimes hurt and help you. It’s great playing a match with a lot of meaning behind it, but you still have to just play. In the second half we were able to do that. Our confidence on attack is growing week to week. I’m impressed with how well we are pressuring the whole field and getting more consistent in our decision making every week.”
