Eagles Abroad: Weekend Preview

Eagles Abroad is brought to you by Grubber, makers of fine sporting apparel.

In full honest it's going to be a quiet weekend for Americans overseas thanks to the last round of the Six Nations. Neither the Premiership nor the Pro12 will be playing this weekend and even in the lower divisions, like the Pro D2, the action is limited. The Top 14 will be going and Samu Manoa is going to be involved. However, even in the Top 14 there are a couple of cancellations with the controversy surrounding the merger between Racing and Stade Francais. Super Rugby did see action and U.S.-eligible (through the Olympic loophole) Toni Pulu played 26 minutes for the Chiefs before coming off injured. Even Conor Kearns was injured and didn't have the opportunity to face his old team as Oxford paid a visit to Trinity. If there is a bright spot it's that Cam Dolan is back playing in the Principality Premiership.
