TIAR Awards: Women Eagles Players of the Year--Hope Rogers & Kimber Rozier
For the first time this year we have a tie. With each picking up 38% of the vote Kimber Rozier and Hope Rogers and this year's TIAR Award winners for Women Eagles Players of the Year. Jess Wooden came in third in the voting with 24%. Both Rozier and Rogers had outstanding years for the Eagles. Each played and started in every single one of the team's five matches. With some line-up experimenting going on last year in anticipation of this year's World Cup that is no small feat. Having both Rogers and Rozier provide a veteran presence at key positions is going to be one of the biggest keys to the Eagles success in Ireland. It should also come as no shock that these two players are also some of the more active off the pitch as well in keeping themselves ready to play when call upon. Congrats to both.
