Eagles Abroad: Weekend Preview

Eagles Abroad is brought to you by Grubber, makers of fine sporting apparel.

Super Rugby is back! As things stand there are only two Americans in the competition this year. Capped Eagle Marcel Brache is with the Western Force while U.S.-eligible Toni Pulu is once again with the Chiefs. It's looking increasingly like he's going to play a big role with the team this year. However, before fans get too excited about him it's worth noting that he is only U.S.-eligible through the Olympic loophole so the likelihood of him playing for the Eagles is very small.

Over in Europe some players are going to be getting a rest. In the Premiership Titi Lamositele will start for Saracens and AJ MacGinty will come off the bench for Sale but that's it as everyone else missed out. Saracens and Sale play each other this weekend. In the Pro12 it's closet to the same story. Still, there will be plenty of players getting time at the lower divisions.
