It was a mixed weekend for the Eagles 7s in Cape Town ultimately finishing with a Plate (or whatever it's called now) semi-final loss to Fiji.

To get to that point they beat Australia and Russia on day one along with holding it close against South Africa. They lost to Scotland on day two.

U.S.A. Rugby has announced the latest round of camp participants for the HSAA's and JAA's.

The Northeast Academy has won't the Barbados 7s. Full recap later in the day.
