Classic Eagles Finish World Rugby Classic

The Classic Eagles have wrapped up another World Rugby Classic. The team finished out their tournament with a 28-12 loss to France in the Plate semi-finals. France ran out to a 21-12 lead at halfway with Sebastian Allard, Faird Sig, and Charly Platek all scoring tries. The U.S. had their efforts from Dennis Walker and Peter Dahl. France scored a try through Yann Fior in the second half to finish out the match.

South Africa took home the championship thanks to a 14-0 win over Argentina. The Classic Pumas had upset the Classic All Blacks 40-14 earlier in the Cup semi-finals. South Africa made the final after beaing the Classic Lions 14-7. France went on to win the Plate final 18-15 over Canada.
