Eagles Abroad: Weekend Preview

Eagles Abroad is brought to you by Grubber, makers of fine sporting apparel.

It's another busy weekend for Americans overseas. It all started earlier in the week with news that Langilangi Haupeakui had signed with Glasgow, Dino Waldren was playing for Blackrock, and Robbie Shaw had returned to Hartpury. Unfortunately, but not unsurprising, Langilangi won't be in action this weekend but his teammate Greg Peterson will start. Also getting the starting nod is AJ MacGinty who has recovered from his injury and will be the fly-half for Sale. Other starters in the big three competitions include Chris Wyles at Saracens and Blaine Scully at Cardiff. Down in France it could be time for Taku Ngwenya to make his debut for Brive. Teams for that match still haven't been announced. Samu Manoa is also looking to dominate for Toulon.

As with many weeks down in the lower divisions Americans will continue to see good time. Ronnie McLean will get the start for Richmond and other Americans will also get their chance. Additionally, the 'A' League is also an opportunity for players like Titi Lamositele to get out on the pitch.
