The Eagles had a mixed day on the first day of pool play in Rio. It began with a last second loss to Argentina and then finished with a big win over Brazil.

The Argentina loss, coupled with upset wins by France and Japan, has thrown everything up in the air. The easiest route to the quarterfinals for the Eagles is beating Fiji, who they play at 12:30 p.m. et/9:30 a.m. pt.
