Hilterbrand Back With Sydney Rays

James Hilterbrand is once again going to play with the Sydney Rays in the National Rugby Championship in Australia. Hilterbrand's home club, Manly, is one of the feeder clubs into the Rays (they were know as North Habour last year). He also played with the Waratahs this year in addition to starring for Manly. He previously played for Edinburgh and the Western Force. For Hilterbrand it's a good move to get extended game time at a good level. If he's going to be a part of the Eagles plans in November and add to his three caps getting good game time is going to be very important.

Right now Hilterbrand looks like the only American or U.S.-eligible player set to play in the competition. Marcel Brache played with the Perth Spirit last year but after putting in a lot of time with the Force this year he'll get a break. A few sides still have to reveal their squads.
