U.S.A. Rugby Names Interim CEO

With Nigel Melville quickly departing for England and the search for a new CEO still ongoing U.S.A. Rugby has named Jim Snyder as the interim CEO. Snyder is well familiar with U.S.A. Rugby serving as the Chief Financial Officer. He has been a senior leader in the organization for a number of years and is well positioned to make the transition smooth.

In a U.S.A. Rugby press release it was also noted that the search for a new CEO is entering its final stage. From what we understand they have narrowed down their choices from the over 150 applicants but that there are still a number of candidates still in contention. It has not been narrowed down to one or two from what we've been able to gather. U.S.A. Rugby Chairman of the Board Bob Latham is leading the search.
