National Teams/PRO Rugby:

San Diego and Ohio racked up wins yesterday in PRO Rugby. We'll have recaps in a flash. If you can't wait that long, here is our match commentary for the San Diego-San Francisco match.

Patrick Johnston from The Province has a great Q&A with San Diego and Canadian player Phil Mackenzie.

CNN has a nice piece on PRO Rugby while Denver coach Sean O'Leary was interviewed for a site in his native Ireland.

Todd Clever and Eric Fry may be leaving Newcastle but the club has signed David Tameilau and Nick Civetta to keep an American presence.

Club/College:

It was college championship weekend. Arguably the match of the weekend saw Cal score three late tries to upset BYU for the Varsity Cup title. Highlights can be found here.

In the DI-A title match Life used a 17 phase try to beat rivals St. Mary's.

In DI-AA, UC-Davis prevailed over Notre Dame College to win back to back titles.

On the women's side of things, Penn State won their fifth straight title, Davenport won in DII, and UC-Davis are the Spring DI Champs.

Thanks to their win over Denver the Glendale Raptors are back in the Grand Final.

OMBAC had a chance and did their part by beating Belmont Shore but it wasn't enough.

Olympic Club have their highest place yet in the PRP thanks to a win over Santa Monica.

NPR was in Montana last week and they found time to talk about Maggotfest.

The Stars Rugby 7s have highlights from their time at the LVI.

World:

Scotland have named their touring team to play Japan this summer.

Kahn Fotuali'i is on his way to Bath next season.
