PRO Rugby Weekend Rosters


The four PRO Rugby teams taking part in this weekend's matches have named their rosters. Overall, teams are beginning to settle into their line-ups after a couple of match-ups. San Diego will host Denver at 5:00 p.m. et/2:00 p.m. pt and Ohio will host San Francisco at 3:00 p.m. et/12:00 p.m. pt on Sunday.

San Diego

After a great opening weekend San Diego haven't made any changes to their line-up, either in the starters or on the bench. Why not after they had so much success last weekend. (EDIT: The info posted by the league was different than what was posted by San Diego. We have San Diego's official line-up below.)

Forwards: Hubert Buydens, Mikey Sosene-Feagai, Epi Kalemani, David Dolinar, Nikola Bursic, Chris Turori, Cecil Garber, Sione Tuihalamaka

Backs: Charlie Purdon, Kurt Morath, Tim Stanfill, Phil Mackenzie, Ryan Matyas, Pono Haitsuka, Mikey Te'o

Bench: Tim Barford, Sam Taungakava, Kakalia Pule, Tai Tuisamoa, Arnold Meredith, Tom Bliss, Kalei Konrad, Ben Leatigaga

Denver

Denver have similarly made few changes. They aren't any changes in their forwards and in their backs there are only two with Timana Tahu coming in for Michael Al-Jiboori and Martin Knoetze coming in for Dustin Croy on the wings. Chris Baumann could make a showing off the bench.

Forwards: Luke White, Zach Fenoglio, Ben Tarr, Christian Wiessing, Casey Rock, Logan Collins, Peter Dahl, Pedrie Wannenburg

Backs: Niku Kruger, Will Magie, Timana Tahu, Ata Malifa, Chad London, Martin Knoetze, Max De Achaval

Bench: Nick Wallace, Jake Turnbull, Bobby Impson, Brian Wanless, Chris Baumann, Mose Timoteo, Mike Garrity, Gannon Moore

Ohio

Ohio have made a couple of changes to their line-up. Canadian international Kyle Baillie will make his first appearance. In the backs Mason Baum will get a start as will Zac Mizell. Baum will play on the wing and Mizell at fullback. That will push Ahmad Harajly into the centers.

Forwards: Angus MacLellan, Peter Malcolm, Jamie Mackintosh, Pierce Dargan, Kyle Baillie, Filippo Ferrarini, Matt Hughston, Sebastian Kalm

Backs: Shaun Davies, JP Eloff, Mason Baum, Roland Suniula, Ahmad Harajly, Spike Davis, Zac Mizell

Bench: Demecus Beach, Cam Falcon, Anthony Perry, Robbie Shaw, Chris Kunkel, Alan Hanson, Dominic Pezzutti, Zack Stryffeler

San Francisco

San Francisco have made the most changes which isn't surprising given last week. Niko Lolohea will start at prop and Tom Coolican at hooker to bolster the front row. Siupeli Sakalia moves back to the back-row with Alex Gletzer getting a rest. Richard Knight will start at lock. In the backs Michael Reid will start at scrumhalf while Nick Blevins is out. Pila Iongi will start.
