Denver Announces Starters To Face Ohio

Denver has announced their first ever starting line-up ahead of their match against Ohio on Sunday. The roster includes several capped Eagles as well as former Springbok Pedire Wannenberg. Nearly all of the players on the roster are from the Colorado area.

Up front former age-grade player Ben Tarr will pair up alongside Luke White in the props. Zach Fengolio brings his experience in at hooker. ARC standout Brodie Orth will be at lock along with rising player Christian Wiessing. In the back-row the team has a lot of power with Logan Collins, Peter Dahl, and Wannenberg, who will also captain the team.

Niku Kruger was the expected starting scrumhalf and he fulfills the expectation lining up with Ata Malifa. Barbarians star Michael Al-Jiboori will pair with Glendale star Martin Knoetze on the wings. Those two have scored a lot of tries in the PRP this year. Chad London and Mike Garrity are the centers with Will Magie at fullback.

On the bench Denver have capped Eagle Nick Wallace. Jake Turnbull, Soane Leger, Gannon Moore, and Zac Pauga round out the forward replacements. Bobby Impson, Max De Achaval, and Dustin Croy are the backs replacements.

The match is Sunday at 2:00 p.m. MT at Infinity Park.
