Sean O'Leary Named Denver Head Coach

Fresh off announcing the team officially this morning PRO Rugby has now announced that Sean O'Leary will be the head coach of the Denver side. O'Leary was previously the Director of Rugby and Head Coach at Notre Dame University, a program he restarted in 2007. He also has experience coaching age-grade national team. With O'Leary's announcement all head coaching vacancies have been filled. Luke Gross is in Sacramento, Paul Keeler in San Francisco, Ray Egan in San Diego, and Paul Barford in Ohio.

PRO Rugby is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean O’Leary as Head Coach for the Denver team in PRO Rugby’s 2016 inaugural season. A native of Ireland, O’Leary has led programs at Boston College High School, Northeastern University, New England Select Sides before reestablishing the University of Notre Dame as a force in collegiate rugby. Sean’s widespread involvement in American rugby has also included spells with both USA Rugby Under-17 and Under-19 programs.
