National Teams/PRO Rugby:

The Eagles 7s had a mixed weekend in Wellington still making the top eight but also looking disjointed at times.

It began with a win over Samoa, then a loss to England, before finishing out pool play with a big win over France.

On day two they had the tough task of Fiji in the Cup quarterfinals and then a loss to Australia to end the day.

Injury-wise it also wasn't good. Both Brett Thompson and Kevin Swiryn have knee injuries. Martin Iosefo is joining the team.

ICYMI, the Eagles have named their team for the upcoming ARC.
