Just the Pacific North and the Red River played this last weekend but both saw favorites move ahead once again.

Pacific North

Another weekend in the Pacific North and another big win for the Life West Gladiators. The team is 3-0 in the South Division with a point differential of +210. To put that in perspective, their closest competitor, the East Palo Alto Razorbacks are 2-0 and have a +102 point differential. This week's win for the Gladiators came in a 89-10 result over SFGG DI.

The Razorbacks likely would have moved to 3-0 themselves but their match against the Sacramento Blackhawks was postponed due to field conditions. The other matched in the Pacific North over the weekend saw the Sacramento Lions beat the San Jose Seahawks 29-5 and Santa Rosa beat Fresno 33-17. Pacific South

Teams in the Pacific South had a bye.

Red River

The Austin Blacks are looking like a team that could compete and beat almost any other team in the country after another big win. This time it was a 113-3 result over HARC to stay atop the Red River standings. That win is important because it gives them a +100 point differential over the Dallas Reds. Both teams are 5-0 on the season and their match next weekend is going to be huge. The winner will have the edge for the title although they do play the final weekend of the season. The Reds had the weekend off.

The closest match of the weekend when to NOLA vs. the Dallas Harlequins. NOLA were able to earn a narrow 31-3o win. The match was back and forth throughout with three lead changes, the last coming in the 74th minutes with a NOLA score. New Orleans were involved in another match over the weekend. They fell to the Griffins 47-0 on Sunday. The Griffins currently sit third in the standings.
