Eagles Abroad: Weekend Review

Eagles Abroad is brought to you by Grubber, makers of fine sporting apparel.

As was mentioned on Friday, it was a mixed weekend for Americans overseas with some playing league matches and some playing in Champions Cup matches. Only Callum Black saw action in a Champions Cup match as he was a late substitute. In league player, Titi Lamositele got a run out for Saracens while Chris Wyles was rested. Unfortunately for the Saracens they picked up their first loss of the year. Up at Newcastle, Paddy Ryan started while Todd Clever came off the bench.

We're included former England U-18 captain Sam Underhill on our list this week and will continue to do so going forward. He's a long-shot to ever play for the Eagles but as is our policy we will keep track of him until he loses his U.S.-eligibility. Given his play for the Ospreys over the weekend that may come sooner than later for the 19 year old.
