Eagles Abroad: Weekend Review

Eagles Abroad is brought to you by Grubber, makers of fine sporting apparel.

Even with many of the Americans based overseas with the Eagles at the World Cup it was still a busy weekend. Starting in Ireland, many Americans are getting back in the action. For former Junior All-American Ross Deacon that meant playing a key role for Lansdowne and scoring a try. Over in France, no American saw action in the top two leagues but there were a couple that played in the Federale 1. In the UK, it was the lower leagues once again that saw most of the Americans get time. The Premiership is still on break which halts things a big. In the Guinness Pro12 Callum Black came off the bench for Ulster. Lastly in the Southern Hemisphere, Tom Coolican started for the Sydney Stars.
