Seamus Kelly Earns One Month Gloucester Trial

Seamus Kelly will finally get his chance to prove himself in Europe after landing a one month trial with Gloucester. The Cherry and Whites are familiar with Americans on trial after seeing Luke Hume excel in two 'A' League matches last year. Kelly arrives at the club next week and will almost certain miss Gloucester's 'A' League match against Worcester on Monday. However, they have fixtures against Bristol, Leicester, and Newcastle in the next month in which he will likely feature.

As a result of the trial, Kelly will miss NYAC's fall ARP matches. However, he will have had plenty of experience overseas that will help the Eagles. The U.S. plays Japan at Kingsholm in next year's World Cup. Kelly graduated from Cal this year and recently moved back to New York.
