Bliss In Wasps 7s Side, Shaw Moves To Esher

It looks like the streak of having an American in the Premiership 7s will continue for another year. Former Junior All-American scrumhalf and captain Tom Bliss has been selected to play for Wasps in the tournament this summer. He recently joined the team's Academy from Loughborough University and the tournament will be the first opportunity that Bliss has to play as a professional. If the tournament goes well it could lead to more playing time down the road just as it did for other Americans. Wasps are in Group B with Northampton, Saracens, and Harlequins. Group B matches will be held Friday at Franklin Gardens.

Robbie Shaw won't be returning to London Scottish next season but will instead return to Esher. Shaw made the move to London Scottish in the middle of the season to provide injury cover. He made three appearances on the season, all of them starts. Shaw was with Esher before joining London Scottish.
